Unless otherwise stated, Pinna and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Pinna. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Pinna for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Pinna
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Pinna
- Redistribute content from Pinna
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Ordering and Inquiries
Clients interested in placing an order or making an inquiry can do so by reaching out through the contact form provided on our website. We will respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and provide necessary assistance.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation: Clients reserve the right to cancel their commission at any stage. Please note that cancellations made after the commencement of work may result in a partial fee.
Refunds: Our primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction. Should a client find the final product unsatisfactory, we will work closely to address concerns and explore potential solutions. Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a per-case basis.
Artwork Amendments
Each illustration includes up to 2 amendments as part of the service. Should additional amendments be required, the client will be advised that they will be subject to extra charges which will be determined by the complexity of the requested changes.
Delivery / Collection
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all commissioned illustrations. The delivery timeline from the initial stage to collection typically ranges between 5-7 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific product ordered and its complexity.
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Central areas: Delivery to central areas including Birkirkara, Naxxar, Iklin, Hal Lija, and Hal Balzan will be provided free of charge.
- Other areas of Malta: A delivery charge of €5 will apply to deliveries made to areas outside of the central regions of Malta.
- Gozo: Deliveries to Gozo will incur a €10 delivery charge.
Please note that the delivery charges mentioned above are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Terms
Payment Method: Payments are to be made through Revolut. We will provide you with the necessary payment details upon confirmation of your order.
Deposit: A 35% deposit is required for all orders. This deposit must be paid before the illustration process begins. The deposit secures your slot and enables us to initiate the artwork creation process.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of the payment will be due upon collection / Delivery.
Currency: All payments must be made in Euro (€).
Payment Security: Your payments are processed securely through Revolut. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Revolut’s terms and conditions for information regarding payment security and processing.
Cancellation and Refunds: Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for information regarding the refund of deposits and payments.
Privacy and Data Handling
At Pinna, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and store your data.
